Our members often recommend MissionAssist by word of mouth to friends and family. However, we can also reach a wider range of people by attending various events to talk with those who can benefit from our services and many who may be willing to serve mission from their own homes. So, we welcome help with planning for each event and members who can be at the exhibition stand for the opening hours.

Until the global coronavirus pandemic, we typically had an exhibition stand at four events per year in the UK. You could help us relaunch our exhibition stand in the UK and if you have ideas about how MissionAssist could be represented at events elsewhere please join us and get involved.

Key Tasks

  • Plan and organise MissionAssist’s presence at external events, such as conference exhibition stands.
  • Liaise with event organisers on behalf of MissionAssist.
  • Arrange a rota of members willing to cover the opening hours of the exhibition, as well as set-up and pack-up of banners, etc.


  • For the UK, familiarity with events such as Word Alive, Spring Harvest, Big Church Festival, Keswick Convention or Forum.
  • Experience in administration, preferably related to event management.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for meeting agreed deadlines and budgets.
  • Willingness to be an ambassador for MissionAssist.
