For many products, mission workers can now find and purchase what they need online for themselves from where they are. However, sometimes MissionAssist is still asked to help find something challenging, such as a replacement part for a piece of equipment which is only available in the country where the item was originally bought. Although we are not seeking more help generally with this service, we would welcome enquiries from people with relevant experience to share from mission around the world or mission support.
Key Tasks
- Search for specific information or items to fulfil the mission worker’s request.
- Either pass on the information about where information or an item can be found, or arrange purchase and shipping on their behalf, as required.
